Q: Have not received a ticket yet.
A: Your ticket of entry is your payment thank you email which will be from PayPal email ( PayPal payment email ) or Stripe email (Credit card payment email). If you can’t find it in your inbox please look in your Junkmail as it has most likely gone in there.
Q: Have not received a email
A: Please look in your junk mail as it it has most likely gone in there or did you put in the correct email account or correct spelling of your email account in our system?
Q: Can I get a Refund or Transfer my Tickets
A: Because all of our event’s are live we do not offer refunds at all or any transfers.
